We are passionate about security, in fact we love it! Our team members are the brains behind our success. Drumroll please for our very own National Service Manager, Nicole Van Der Ross

Because of an ever growing digital communication era, face-to-face meetings are somewhat left behind. We thought it would be nice if we could introduce our team members one by one to you, so not only our clients, but also our suppliers and other stakeholders can put a face to the voice and email communication. Why Maxidor?

I was looking for Career Growth when I applied for the Call Centre Manager Position at Maxidor. I have since been promoted to National Service Manager and I love growing with the company. Everyone at Maxidor gets treated like family and I learn something new every day, even though I have been here for 6 years. Getting all sorts of compliments on how we have saved people lives gives us a sense of purpose to come to work every day and make a difference in making South Africa safer one Maxidor at a time.

Tell us in short about your family?

I have a fiancé’ and a wonderful 4 year old daughter who is an absolute blessing.?

What drives you?

My will to succeed and to provide the best life for my daughter.
